JEFFREY A. PATTERSON has served on our Board of Trustees since February
2005 and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2004.
From October 2003 to August 2004, Mr. Patterson served as our President
and Chief Investment Officer. From June 2000 to October 2003, Mr.
Patterson served as our Co-President and Chief Investment Officer. From
November 1997 to June 2000, Mr. Patterson served as our Executive Vice
President and Chief Investment Officer. From 1989 to November 1997, Mr.
Patterson was Executive Vice President of The Prime Group, Inc., with
primary responsibility for the acquisition, financing and redevelopment
of office and mixed-use properties. Mr. Patterson was asset manager
responsible for the overall operations of The Prime Group, Inc.'s office
properties and has provided real estate advisory services for several
major institutional investors. Prior to joining The Prime Group, Inc.,
Mr. Patterson served as Director of Development in Tishman Speyer
Properties' Chicago office and as a Senior Financial Analyst at
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company's Real Estate Investment Group. Mr.
Patterson is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and a
member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Profile
