CHRISTOPHER M. SWARTZ has been President, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of JRECK Subs Group, Inc. since April 1996 and of JRECK Subs,
Inc. since September 1995. From 1992 to September 1995, he was Director
of Operations of Lox, Stocks & Bagels of Liverpool, Inc. Prior to 1992,
Mr. Swartz was a student at Syracuse University where his concentration
was in the field of management. Mr. Swartz is a graduate of Syracuse
University, receiving his degree with honors in 1991. Mr. Swartz is the
second generation of his family involved with JRECK. Mr. Swartz is also
the President of Tri-Emp Enterprises, Inc. which is owned solely by
Christopher Swartz and is the shareholder of record for the largest
