ALEX GERSH is the Chief Financial Officer of NDS. He joined NDS in
January 2005, and is a member of the NDS Management Executive. Alex is
a Certified Public Accountant, qualifying in New York, USA. Graduating
from Baruch College in the international Telecommunications Industry
for the last fifteen years. Prior to his appointment at NDS, Alex held
the position of CFO at FLAG telecom, a global network service provider.
Previous to FLAG, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer at NextiraOne North America, a private equity backed provider of
services and solutions focused on communication networks for the
enterprise. Alex has also held senior international finance roles at
British Telecommunications and Motorola in the UK and Russia. He is a
Chairman of the Audit Commission of VimpelCom Inc, the leading provider
of telecommunications services in Russia. Profile
