Rudy A. Slucker – Teardrop Golf Company (tdrp)

RUDY A. SLUCKER has served as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the TearDrop Golf Company, a Nasdaq-listed company, since September 1996. TearDrop Golf Company includes Tommy Armour Golf Company; RAM Golf Company; the exclusive North American Distribution rights of Walter Genuin Golf Shoes and the TearDrop Professional Golf Tour. Mr. Slucker was the Chief Executive Officer of the Atlas Group of Companies, Inc. ('Atlas'), which imported and marketed hardware and consumer products, from 1978 until 1990, when it was sold. Since 1990, Mr. Slucker has been a venture capital investor. He currently serves on the board of directors and/or is a principal stockholder of Major League Fitness, a chain of fitness centers associated with Major League Baseball through a licensing agreement; Ambassador Eyewear Group, a Nasdaq-listed company; a manufacturer and distributor of designer brand eyeglasses frames under the names of Playskool, Jones New York, Coventry, Harve Benard and Kathy Ireland; and Babylon Enterprises and Beacon Concessions, which, together, currently own and operate the Beacon Theater in Manhattan.
