THOMAS W. FREEZE has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Poore Brothers, Inc., since August 2004 and has been a member of the
company's Board of Directors since October 1999. Mr. Freeze joined
Poore Brothers in April 1997 and had been Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer prior to his promotion. Since joining the
company, Mr. Freeze has played a pivotal leadership role in the
company's growth from $12 million in revenue to approximately $70
million currently. As an innovation-driven salted snack food company,
Poore Brothers has grown through a series of acquisitions and innovative
new product launches. Prior to joining Poore Brothers, Mr. Freeze held a
variety of financial management and operational leadership positions at
New England Business Service, Apollo Computer and Arthur Andersen during
the first 25 years of his career. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster,
Pennsylvania) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Profile
