FRANK R. EVANSHEN serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of WordLogic Corporation. Mr. Evanshen was appointed President,
CEO and Director on May 27, 2003, upon closing of the Agreement and Plan
of Merger between WordLogic Corporation and The American West.com, Inc.,
where he also held the position of President, CEO and Director. Prior to
his work with The American West.com Inc., Mr. Evanshen was the
President, CEO and Director of MCC Meridian Capital Corp., a venture
capital firm. Mr. Evanshen has been a venture capitalist and merchant
banker for over 25 years and has extensive experience in raising capital
for private and public ventures. He holds a BA degree from Loyola
