STEPHEN M. HOSMER has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice
President and Secretary of Royale Energy, Inc., since May 1988. He
brought the company into the Sacramento Basin through a joint venture
with Pacific Gas & Electric Resources, resulting in the drilling of
Victor Ranch wells. Mr. Hosmer has also been responsible for heading up
the acquisition team. He is responsible for successfully completing the
acquisition of Arkoma Production Company from Dallas Cowboys' owner
Jerry Jones and the acquisition of Vernon E. Faulconer Inc. in 1997. In
June 1995, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hosmer as Chief
Financial Officer. Once again, in March 2003 the Board appointed Mr.
Hosmer as Executive Vice President. Mr. Hosmer holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University
in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as an MBA degree via the prestigious
President/Key Executive program at Pepperdine University. Profile
