MURRAY COOK, President and CEO of eBoomerang, Inc., brings over 30 years
of extensive experience and expertise to the company. His professional
background includes market leadership from industries such as, Computer,
Defense, Energy and Communications (Cellular, Radio/TV, Digital
Satellite) industries. Cook is responsible for the overall vision and
direction of the company by successfully deploying eBoomerang into the
enterprise marketplace. Prior to eBoomerang, Cook designed mission
critical systems with zero fault tolerance (payloads for Lockheed's
Poseidon Missile system; antiballistic missile systems, passive
underwater detection systems, secure mobile digital communications
systems) and led teams in creating leading-edge communications, command
and control systems. Cook also played a pivotal role in establishing
Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) as a major computer vendor in the
U.S. Department of Defense, as well as in the oil exploration, banking
and insurance businesses. He led Sales & Marketing for Parallel
Computers and served as Director of Network Technologies for Stanford
Telecommunications, where he developed real-time control and
communication technologies for Department of Defense satellite networks.
Cook founded Migration Software 1989. He was instrumental in developing
system tools for 64-bit RISC technology and the latest computer chip
technologies from Digital Equipment, Silicon Graphics, Hewlett Packard,
IBM, Rockwell International, and Apple Computer. Cook graduated from the
University of Florida with a BS in Mathematics, completed graduate
school at Texas A&M University with a specialty in Meteorology, the
University of Santa Clara specializing in Biomedical Engineering and is
a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth. Cook currently
