PETER HAMBRO is an Executive Chairman of Peter Hambro Mining plc, since
1995 in April 2002. It is the 97.69% shareholder in JSC Pokrovskiy
Rudnik, a 140,000 Oz per year a gold mine in Far East Russia. This
company is the owner of the licenses for the Pokrovskiy, Pioneer, Tokur,
Voroshilovskoye and other gold deposits, currently developing 13
projects on the territory of Russian Federation. It is also a
participant of 4 gold mining joint ventures in different regions of
Russia. Mr. Hambro, has been in the business of gold trading, mining and
mining finance around the world - including Russia - for more than 20
years. During 1983 - 1990 he was Deputy Managing Director of Mocatta &
Goldsmid Ltd, the world's largest bullion trader. Profile
