RAGHAV KHER is President and CEO of Rendition Networks. Raghav Kher has
been building and growing successful businesses his entire professional
life. Most recently Kher was CEO and co-founder of Imandi Corporation,
the web's leading reverse marketplace. Under Kher's direction, the
company attracted the backing of several top tier venture capital firms
and built a national network of 200,000 local service merchants serving
over a quarter of a million customers in the Imandi marketplace. While
building the web's largest reverse marketplace, the Imandi team
experienced first-hand the enormous challenges corporations face in
managing their network infrastructure and deploying new services. Kher
and Johnson interviewed the IT management of over thirty global
corporations and found that they faced similar issues. This insight
sparked Kher and Johnson to found Rendition Networks. Rendition Networks
builds innovative software for managing network infrastructure and IP
services, and automating mission critical IT tasks for medium and large-
size corporations. Prior to Imandi, Kher served as Director of Strategic
Business Decisions at Microsoft where he engineered many groundbreaking
alliances with leading technology companies - including the acquisition
of Hotmail, the world's largest e-mail provider with over 30 million
accounts. He was also active in developing the Windows CE-based market
by initiating partnerships with companies such as Casio, Sega, Hewlett-
Packard and Timex. Kher also served on the board of directors of
SaveSmart Inc., an Internet startup. Kher combines an intense
entrepreneurial spirit with strong expertise in corporate strategy,
business development, software programming, product planning and

ERIC VASBINDER is senior project manager at Rendition Networks. Mr.
Vasbinder has focused on information security and networking since
entering the technology industry. He has over 8 years of experience in
information technology and security, having led security programs at a
regional university, and performed advanced security investigations for
the FBI and other clients. He has held the prestigious CISSP security
certification since 2000. He is also a holder of the CISA certification
and specializes in information security policies and procedures,
auditing, network security, regulatory compliance, network management,
