RICH SIEGEL is CEO of Bare Bones Software, founding the company in 1993. He is widely known as the father of BBEdit and a driving force behind leading-edge software development on the Macintosh. Mr. Siegel has been professionally developing Mac software since 1985. Since founding the company 11 years ago, Mr. Siegel has focused his passion for Mac development on creating useful software tools with deep functionality and clean user interfaces.
