TIMOTHY G. RUBRITZ is Vice President, Treasurer and CFO of Parkvale
Financial Corporation and Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer of Parkvale Bank. He joined Parkvale in June 1985 as
Audit Director and was promoted to Vice President-Treasurer in January
1986. During the conversion from mutual to stock ownership in July 1987,
he led the conversion team in marketing efforts in the offering to the
deposit members, the community offering and the public offering. He has
been Vice President and Treasurer of Parkvale Financial Corporation
since its inception in August 1987. Mr. Rubritz was a General Practice
Manager with the Pittsburgh office of Coopers & Lybrand from 1982 to
1985 with a total tenure at Coopers of nine years. Mr. Rubritz graduated
with honors, obtaining a BS in Accounting from St. Francis University in
