DAVE LEMUS, Chief Financial Officer of MorphoSys AG, joined the company
from F.Hoffmann-La Roche, where he served as Controller and Operations
Manager of 90 pharmaceutical markets. Prior to this position, he was
Treasurer of Lindt & Sprngli in Zurich, Switzerland, and worked in
treasury management at Electrolux AB. Mr. Lemus joined MorphoSys in
February 1998. He has an MBA/M.Sc. from the MIT Sloan School of
Management. He is also a certified public accountant in the US. Profile
