JAMES J. LETO joined TREEV as CEO and President in May 1996 and was
elected chairman in June 1997. He is directing a deliberate strategy to
position the Company's suite of integrated document management products
as de facto standards in the industry. Formerly, Mr. Leto held the
position of chairman and CEO of Planning Research Corporation (PRC), a
$715 million information technology firm. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Leto
served as vice president and general manger of AT&T Federal Systems
Computer Division. Additionally, he acted as president of AT&T Canada and
managing director of AT&T
International. Mr. Leto has also held management positions within AT&T
Information Systems, Western Electric International and Michigan Bell
