DOUGLAS WALNER, president of PSI, drives the strategic goals and day-to-
day operations of the company. Doug joined PSI in 2001 and was appointed
president in June 2002. Under Doug's leadership, PSI developed and
launched a new Web-based test delivery platform. Doug brings significant
expertise in the technology arena, having led a variety of business and
product development functions for industry-leading technology players.
Prior to PSI, Doug served as Senior Vice President and General Manager
of Stamps.com where he oversaw all operations related to the company's
Internet postage business, including sales, marketing, product
management, customer service, and research and development. One of the
company's original employees, Doug was personally responsible for
developing and managing the company's strategic alliances and
partnerships with industry-leaders such as America Online, Microsoft,
Intuit, Hewlett Packard, IBM, and others. Before Stamps.com, Doug held
positions with companies in the technology sector, including CyberMedia,
Inc., a leading provider of retail software products subsequently
purchased by Network Associates and Ex Machina, Inc., a wireless
information solutions company. Doug also provided strategic consulting
services to leading industry software companies, including Veritas, the
leading provider of storage solutions for the Windows NT and Unix
marketplaces. Doug holds a B.A from Tulane University. Profile
