GREG MORAN is Vice President of Sales for People Answers. Moran has a
proven track record selling technology and solutions to Human Resources
professionals. Previously, Moran founded Pinnacle Technology Solutions,
a successful technology staffing company. Pinnacle's software provided
outsourced staffing services nationwide. Pinnacle helped companies such
as General Electric, Alltel, and Kaiser Permanente efficiently develop
and manage software applications for enterprise use. Additionally, Moran
founded the Tech Valley Angel Network, a private investment organization
which brings together early stage businesses and investors. Moran serves
on the board of the Seton Health Foundation in Albany, New York. He is
also an active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization. Moran has
a Political Science degree from the State University of New York at

time?
Mr. Moran: We started the research and development of
