NETWORK SECURITY & VOIP: TOM KERSHAW – VERISIGN INC

TOM KERSHAW is the vice president of VoIP services at VeriSign. He is responsible for a suite of new service offerings for next-generation networks worldwide. Mr. Kershaw joined VeriSign with twelve years experience in product design for VoIP, Intelligent Network systems and enhanced services. Prior to VeriSign, he was CTO at SS8 Networks, where he was responsible for overall engineering design for voice messaging, VoIP, and Lawful Intercept products. He has also held the position of vice president of Strategic Marketing at Clarent Corp. Mr. Kershaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Political Science from New York University, a Masters in Latin American Economics from the University of London and a DIP in Economics from the London School of Economics.
