REGAN DAVIS – FLEXPIPE SYSTEMS

REGAN DAVIS joined FLEXPIPE as President in October of 2002 from Enerline Restorations, an oilfield service company, where he was Vice President and General Manager of Enerline's Canadian operations and sales. Prior to Enerline Regan spent 12 years progressing his career from a junior field engineer to Northeast District Production Manager and finally Eastern Operating District Manager at Renaissance Energy Ltd., a senior independent oil and gas company. In the latter position Regan was responsible for a staff of over 100 professionals and field employees, 30,000 BOE/day of production, annual revenues in excess of $340 MM and annual capital budgets of over $85 MM. Regan holds a Petroleum Technology diploma Institute of Technology, a BSc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and he is registered as a professional engineer in the Province of Alberta.
