EDWARD M. has a long track record of business successes. He has been a
technology developer, sales and marketing executive, finance, and
operations officer in Global 1000 companies as well as start-up
operations. Prior company experience includes GTE, Digital Equipment,
MIPS Technology, Stanford Telecommunications, and Migration Software.
His background includes senior executive positions in both commercial
and U.S DOD activities. Mr. Cook serves on the Boards of Migration
Software, eBoomerang, and FolioFn, and as advisor to Mantech
International. He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of
Florida, and completed graduate studies from Texas A&M (Meteorology),
the University of Santa Clara (Biomedical Engineering) and the Tuck
