Stephen A. Garofalo – Metromedia Fiber Network (mfnx)

STEPHEN A. GAROFALO is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metromedia Fiber Network, Inc. His responsibilities include formulating the company's long-term strategic direction while managing its overall operations. In addition, Mr. Garofalo serves on the company's Board of Directors. He founded Metromedia Fiber Network in April of 1993 and has served as the companys chairman since its inception. It was through Mr. Garofalo's efforts and vision that Metromedia Fiber Network acquired the necessary franchise agreements to construct its intracity fiber network in Manhattan. Prior to founding Metromedia Fiber Network, Mr. Garofalo served as chief executive officer of F. Garofalo Electric Company, Inc. for over 14 years.
