CRAIG RAMSEY is Chief Executive Officer of Pay By Touch Mr. Ramsey began
his career in technology with IBM in 1968. Since then Mr. Ramsey has
joined three pre-public startups in the computer system or software
business that have gone on to be billion-dollar-plus revenue companies.
They include Amdahl Corporation, Oracle Corporation and Siebel Systems.
As VP of Worldwide Sales at Siebel, Mr. Ramsey oversaw growth from $4
million in sales with offices in 2 countries, to more than $1.5 billion
in sales with offices in over 30 countries around the world. Mr. Ramsey
retired from Siebel in 2001. In August 2003, Mr. Ramsey was lured out of
