MARIE ALEXANDER – QUOVA

MARIE ALEXANDER is President & CEO of Quova. Ms. Alexander is responsible for company-wide operations and business strategy execution. Prior to joining Quova in October 2000, she served as vice president strategic relationships at Telocity, a leading provider of consumer broadband services. Prior to Telocity, Ms. Alexander served for six years at Vantive Corporation, a leading customer relationship management software firm, where she was part of an executive team credited with growing the company's services revenues from $2.6 million in 1994 to over $200 million in 1999. In 1999, as Vantive's executive vice president of services, she managed the company's successful merger with PeopleSoft (Nasdaq: PSFT). Before joining Vantive, Ms. Alexander was a pioneer in the EDI market at Harbinger. She graduated from Georgia State University with a master's degree in business information systems. Profile
TWST: Marie, may we begin with a brief historical overview of Quova and

a picture of things as they are now?

Ms. Alexander: The company was founded in January of 2000. We have

raised a total
