MARIE ALEXANDER is President & CEO of Quova. Ms. Alexander is
responsible for company-wide operations and business strategy execution.
Prior to joining Quova in October 2000, she served as vice president
strategic relationships at Telocity, a leading provider of consumer
broadband services. Prior to Telocity, Ms. Alexander served for six
years at Vantive Corporation, a leading customer relationship management
software firm, where she was part of an executive team credited with
growing the company's services revenues from $2.6 million in 1994 to
over $200 million in 1999. In 1999, as Vantive's executive vice
president of services, she managed the company's successful merger with
PeopleSoft (Nasdaq: PSFT). Before joining Vantive, Ms. Alexander was a
pioneer in the EDI market at Harbinger. She graduated from Georgia State
