RORY E. SMITH is the founder and president of Techstar Integration
Services, Ltd., a New York-based management consulting firm. Before
starting Techstar in 1997, Mr. Smith held positions at CBS Incorporated,
Cablevision and Avis. He is a graduate of Hofstra University, where he
was awarded the Howard Stein Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Smith is also a
published mystery author. His novel, DEVIL IN THE METAL, won the
