JAMES M. McNEILL was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PSA in 1999,
following a three-year stint as the company's Controller. Previously, he
served as Corporate Controller for the Golden Peanut Company from
1991-1995. Prior to this, Mr. McNeill held various financial management
positions at Scientific Atlanta and General Electric. He began his
career in 1983 as a financial analyst at the Harris Corporation. Mr.
McNeill received his BS in Accounting from Syracuse University in 1980
and his MBA in Finance from Syracuse in 1983. Profile
