MICHAEL D. KEOUGH, Chief Executive Officer of ClearOne Communications
Inc., joined the company in November 2002. Mr. Keough has more than 25
years of sales, sales management and executive management experience
with industry leaders in high technology including IBM, AT&T, Megahertz,
U.S. Robotics, 3Com and Textron. He has extensive background in direct
and indirect sales channels, business development, strategic alliances
and OEM partnerships in rapidly growing markets, which include systems,
networking, data communications and conferencing. Mr. Keough earned a
Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in
