CAROLINE HUNT is chief executive of Richmond Events, Inc. Ms. Hunt is
responsible for overseeing all US operations of the UK-based company,
including all aspects of the US-based events: the Marketing Forum, the
Human Resources Forum, the Logistics & Supply Chain Forum, the CIO Forum
and the CIO ' Financial Services Forum. Hunt joined Richmond Events in
April 2001 as senior vice president and has played a crucial role in the
success of the US events thus far. Prior to joining Richmond, Hunt held
the position of Commercial Director for Carlton Media Group, the largest
commercial broadcaster in the U.K., where she led the sales and
marketing team in developing strategic alliances, capitalizing on growth
trends and developing emerging markets. Additionally, during her time at
Carlton, Hunt also was a regular participant and presenter on board the
Marketing Forum, both in the U.S. and the U.K. Prior to Carlton and
while at the U.K.'s Channel 4, Hunt opened the U.K.'s 'direct response'
television market, which, after only five years, became worth 480
million pounds sterling annually. Hunt has regularly contributed to
media and marketing trade journals and has been a conference speaker and
general industry commentator. She has also received the 'Direct
Marketer of the Year' award from the U.K.'s Direct Marketing
