SMALL CAP INVESTMENT BANKING: ROBERT BONELLI – NORTHEAST SECURITIES

ROBERT A. BONELLI is President and Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Securities, Inc., a 14-year-old full service broker/dealer. Mr. Bonelli joined Northeast in June 2001 as part of a plan of restructure and strategic positioning, which he designed and has since implemented. Prior to joining Northeast, Mr. Bonelli's career spanned 27 years in the financial services industry, primarily in the executive ranks. He is recognized for his leadership skills in strategic planning, corporate development, asset management and corporate finance. Prior to entering the financial world, Mr. Bonelli was trained as an engineer and received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of New York in 1972. He is a competitive long distance runner, an accomplished photographer and a published author. He resides in New Jersey with his family, where he is active in a variety of community affairs.
