MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES: SHAWN BANERJI – RUSSELL REYNOLDS ASSOCIATES

SHAWN BANERJI has eight years of executive recruiting experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999. He is a member of the firm's Technology Sector, as well as the Information Officers and Software and Services Practices. In addition, he focuses on business process outsourcing assignments. As part of the IOP, Mr. Banerji focuses on the recruitment of Chief Information and Chief Technology Officers for clients in the banking, publishing/media, distribution and service industries. He also has extensive experience in the broader software, technology and business process outsourcing marketplace, recruiting senior managers in a variety of functional roles, including operations, sales, marketing and general management. His assignments span organizations in various stages of development, from startups to Fortune-1000 enterprises. Prior to his executive search career, Mr. Banerji was an executive at Ogilvy & Mather, the advertising agency. He is a member of the Financial Services Technology Consortium. In addition, he is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and a member of the Junior Council of the American Museum of Natural History.
