Lee M. Stern is Director and General Manager of The Trout Group LLC. He
has a broad array of experience in investor relations, management
consulting and finance. He has worked with numerous health sciences
companies to develop and implement their investor positioning
strategies, helped companies raise capital and advised senior management
on company strategy. He has presented at industry conferences including
the Strategic Investor Relations Conference. His responsibilities also
include daily operations of the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and
