TIMOTHY B. MURPHY is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice
President of Investors Capital Holdings. Mr. Murphy is a Founder of
Investors Capital Holdings, and has served as President of Investors
Capital Corporation since August 1994 and President of Eastern Point
Advisors, Inc., since January 1995, both of which are subsidiaries of
Investors Capital Holdings. Mr. Murphy entered the securities industry
in May 1991 as an Operation Manager, assisting brokers in the Boston
regional office of Clayton Securities. From February through August
1994, he was a Compliance Officer of Baybanks Brokerage in Burlington,
Massachusetts, and a Vice President at G.R. Stuart & Company, a
brokerage firm located in Maynard, Massachusetts. Mr. Murphy earned a BS
in Finance from Babson College. He holds various securities licenses,
including Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, and 65. Mr. Murphy is a member of
the New England Securities Compliance Group and a past member of the

FREDERICK F. SEARS JR. is the Portfolio Manager for the Twenty Fund, a
four-star mutual fund (as rated by Morningstar in December 2003)
sponsored by Eastern Point Advisors, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Investors Capital Holdings. Mr. Sears launched the Twenty Fund in
October 1999, shortly after he joined Eastern Point Advisors. He invests
in common stocks of companies of any size, with special emphasis placed
on mid-cap and large-cap companies that he believes demonstrate
financial stability, strong earnings growth potential, dominant or
strong market position, and proven leadership. Prior to Eastern Point
Advisors, Mr. Sears founded Clermont Capital and the Clermont Fund, a
hedge fund based on the AW Jones model. Mr. Sears has previously
researched and analyzed companies for Culverwell & Company of Boston, a
broker-dealer and investment banking company that specializes in small
and micro-cap securities, and for FinNet, a Boston-based financial
services firm. Mr. Sears has received extensive media coverage,
participating in The Wall Street Journal's Dart Board Contest as well as
appearing on over 75 television programs seen worldwide, including
CNNfn, CNBC, Bloomberg, Reuters and FOX News. Mr. Sears is known for his
down-to-earth and direct commentary about the market. He earned a BA in
English from Boston University, and has participated in Boston
