BRENDON MILLS – GENERAL BANDWITH

BRENDON MILLS is co-founder, President and CEO of General Bandwidth, Mr. Mills founded General Bandwidth in 1999 after being involved in two successful startups in the broadband industry. Brendon was the Director of Product Marketing for NetSpeed Inc, a prominent DSL equipment provider that was acquired by Cisco Systems, and held positions at Dell Computers and NetWorth, Inc, an Ethernet switching and Fast Ethernet repeater manufacturer. Brendon founded General Bandwidth to enable the telecommunication industry's transition of circuit-switched telephony to packet telephony. Under his leadership, General Bandwidth raised $170 million in funding from premier venture capitalists and has become a leader in packet telephony gateways. industry and the competitive landscape?

Mr. Mills: Sure. General Bandwidth has been around since May of 1999.
