WILLIAM GULLAGE is Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of
MedMira Inc. Mr. Gullage joined MedMira in his current capacity in
February 2003. From 2000 to 2002, he served as Vice President, Finance
and Chief Financial Officer with Xwave Solutions Inc. From 1998 to 2000
he was Corporate Comptroller with Aliant Inc. and one of its predecessor
companies. From 1994 to 1998 he was Comptroller with NewTel Information
Solutions Inc. based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Mr.
Gullage is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova
Scotia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland, the
Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Financial Executive

HERMES CHAN is Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Director of
MedMira Inc. Mr. Chan, the Senior Vice President of MedMira Laboratories
Inc., has served with the company in various capacities since 1994.
Prior to being appointed as Senior Vice President in 1997, Mr. Chan
served as General Manager and as a research scientist with MedMira
Laboratories Inc. Prior to joining MedMira Laboratories Inc., Mr. Chan
served as a research scientist with Octopus Diagnostic Research, a
