JAMES DENNIS has served as Chairman and CEO of HealtheTech, Inc., since
November, 2003. Previously, he served as HealtheTech's President and CEO
from April to October 2003. He also served on the Board of Directors at
HealtheTech since October 2002. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Dennis served as
World Wide President for Johnson and Johnson's Biosense Webster
division. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Dennis was President of the Cardiac
Rhythm Management Division of St. Jude Medical. Mr. Dennis also served
for four years as President and CEO of Telectronics Pacing Systems.
Prior to that, he served eight years as Vice President of Operations for
Nellcor Inc. He received a BA in Business Administration and a Master of
Business Administration from National University in San Diego,
