DWAYNE MATHERS is the Chief Executive Officer of Infocorp Computer
Solutions Ltd. Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2000, Mr. Mathers held
a number of positions in a major software provider, including President,
e-Government Solutions, and Vice President, Corporate Strategy. Mr.
Mathers brings extensive expertise in strategic planning and competitive
analysis. His background includes several years with Deloitte & Touche's
Braxton Associates strategy consulting practice. Prior to joining
Deloitte, he spent a number of years in the electronic engineering and
quality management fields. He is a published author, whose publications
include ISO 9000 and Beyond: From Compliance to Performance Improvement.
While at Deloitte, he designed the firm's quality management system, and
under his guidance, Deloitte became the first big six consulting
practice to achieve ISO 9001 certification. Profile
