WILLIAM DENGLER – DYNATEC CORPORATION (DY:TSX)

WILLIAM ROBERT DENGLER has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynatech Corporation since 1997. He was a founding Partner and President of Dynatec Mining Limited (1980) and Chairman and CEO of Dynatec International Limited from 1988 to 1997. Previously, he was associated with J.S. Redpath Ltd. in North Bay, Ontario, as a Project Engineer (1965), Area Manager (1969) and Vice President and General Manager (1971). He is a Director of Dynatec Corporation and the Mining Association of Canada and received the Donald J. McParland Award from the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy in 1990. Mr. Dengler is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario (Designated Consultant), the Corp. of Engineers of Quebec, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the American Institute of Mining Engineers, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, the Tunneling Association of Canada, the Institute of Shaft Drillers, the Northwest Mining Association, the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration Inc. and the World Rock Boring Association. He is the author of numerous technical publications for industry meetings and conferences and was elected to Queen's University Council in 1997. Mr. Dengler has a BSc degree and an Hon.
