GLEN M. BOSHART is the editor of the Foster Electric Report and Vice
President of Foster Associates, Inc., an economic consulting firm. Mr.
Boshart earned his BA from the University of California at Berkeley,
where he was a political science major and obtained a 3.92 GPA while
working 36 hours a week running his own business. He has been editor of
the Foster Electric Report since its beginning 11 years ago, and his
efforts to market and develop the report have made it known throughout
