Kenneth Lockwood – Fluor Corporation (flr)

KENNETH H. LOCKWOOD, Vice President of Corporate Finance for Fluor Corporation, is responsible for investor relations, shareholders communications and special projects. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Lockwood served as President of TRS Staffing Solutions Inc., Fluor's business unit dedicated to contract staffing of technical and professional services personnel. Since joining Fluor in 1980, Mr. Lockwood has held various senior finance positions encompassing responsibility for financial analysis, planning and reporting, investment analysis, and strategic planning. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Fluor's Global Services Enterprise and, in 2001, assumed responsibility for operating and divesting Fluor's equipment dealerships. Mr. Lockwood earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge; a Master's degree from the University of Southern California; and has completed post-graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
