DON M. HARDISON is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
EXACT Sciences Corporation. Mr. Hardison is a respected business leader
with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry,
spanning pharmaceutical and laboratory services markets. Prior to
joining EXACT Sciences, Mr. Hardison held various executive level
management positions with SmithKline Beecham, and SmithKline and French
Laboratories and Quest Diagnostics. Mr. Hardison holds an AB in
