BRUCE D. ATKINSON is President and CEO of Control Devices, Inc. Since
organizing an August 1994 LBO of Control Devices, Inc. from GTE
Corporation, Mr. Atkinson has been President and CEO. Since the LBO,
Control Devices' revenues have doubled and a successful IPO was launched
in October 1996. Prior to forming Control Devices, Inc. in 1994, Mr.
Atkinson worked for GTE Sylvania in Finance, Manufacturing, and General
Management for 34 years in both Waldoboro and Standish, Maine. Mr.
Atkinson has been associated with Control Devices or its predecessor
