SCOTT FERBER is Chief Executive Officer of Advertising.com, Inc. Mr.
Ferber, recognizing the tremendous opportunity at the intersection of
marketing, analytics and technology, co-founded Advertising.com in 1998
with his brother John. Since that time, Scott has led the company to its
current position as the leading provider of performance-based marketing
for interactive advertisers and publishers. As chief executive officer,
Scott is responsible for the company's performance, strategic vision,
and the continued development of Advertising.com's proprietary ad
placement optimization technology. Scott started his career in
manufacturing with Procter & Gamble before moving into information-based
marketing for Capital One Financial Corporation. While at Capital One,
Scott built businesses outside of the credit card industry leveraging
the company's proprietary approaches to information management. Scott
received his BS University of Virginia and his MS in engineering from

TWST: Can you give us a historical overview of Advertising.com?Mr. Ferber: Advertising.com was founded in 1998 under the premise that
performance matters most in advertising. The idea was to
