Outlook For Directors & Officers Insurance: Keith Thomas – Zurich North America

KEITH THOMAS joined Zurich North America in 1993 and has held a variety of management positions. He currently is a Senior Vice President and oversees Zurich's Commercial Markets Profit Center, a unit that offers management liability offerings to public and private companies. The products he oversees in this market segment include directors and officers (D&O), fiduciary liability, crime and kidnap, ransom and extortion (K&R) insurance. Prior to joining Zurich, he had held various D&O underwriting positions since 1990. Mr. Thomas has spoken at a number of industry management liability functions including Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), Wyatt, ACI D&O Symposium and the EuroLegal D&O conference and is considered an expert on the topic of management liability, specifically directors and officers liability.
