MICHAEL STANKEY is President & Chief Executive Officer of PolyServe,
Inc. Mr. Stankey has 16 years of enterprise software and technology
management experience. Prior to joining PolyServe, he spent nine years
at PeopleSoft, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of North
American Field Operations, where he was instrumental in growing the
company's applications software business. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mike held
sales and sales management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation,
where he gained a working knowledge of clusters and systems
infrastructure management tools, and American Software, a logistics
management software provider. He started his career at Honeywell with
positions in MIS and accounting. Mike is a graduate of the University of
Wisconsin-Eau Claire with majors in management information systems and
accounting. In addition to serving on the PolyServe Board, Mike
currently serves on the board of Cape Clear, a web services software
