Christopher R. Bolton was Born in 1956 in Birmingham (Great Britain) and obtained a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University and a subsequent of Chartered Accountant qualification with a prestigious accounting firm. For many years he held various financial and operational positions with American multinational corporations (strategic planning, management control systems, change management, business development in emerging markets, information systems architecture). In 1999, Christopher Bolton was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Edipresse Group. He speaks English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German and Russian.
