Stephen Sudovar – Elusys Therapeutics Inc

STEPHEN G. SUDOVAR is President and Chief Executive Officer of EluSys Therapeutics, Inc. He is a highly reputed industry veteran with extensive experience in both large pharmaceutical companies and entrepreneurial business management. Prior to his position at EluSys, Mr. Sudovar was serving as the President of Roche Laboratories, Inc., a US division of Hoffmann-LaRoche. In his 10 years at Roche, Mr. Sudovar presided over a three-fold increase in the company's US revenues, a substantial increase in its share of the US market, and the integration of two pharmaceutical company acquisitions. Prior to his positions at Roche, Mr. Sudovar founded Pracon, Inc., a healthcare consulting and communications firm. As President and CEO he was responsible for the profitable rapid growth of the company. Pracon virtually doubled in size for each of the first seven years. Earlier in his career Mr. Sudovar was selected by the President's Commission on Personnel Exchange to participate in the President's Executive Interchange Program. As a Presidential appointee, he worked as Deputy Administrator for planning evaluation and legislation for the Environmental Protection Agency. He received a special recognition award from the President of the United States for his work while at the agency. Mr. Sudovar has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Pharmaceutical Council, Chairman of the Marketing Section at PhRMA, Chairman of the Board of Pracon, Inc., and a Board member of Hoffmann-LaRoche, Inc.
