Frederick Driscoll – Oxigene Inc (oxgn)

FREDERICK DRISCOLL was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at OXiGENE, Inc. in March 2002. Mr. Driscoll served as OXiGENE's President of Finance and Operations from October 2000 to March 2002. He has more than 25 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Previously, Mr. Driscoll served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Collagenesis Corp. from July 1999 to September 2000 and as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer from September 1996 to July 1999. At Collagenesis Corp., Mr. Driscoll raised $10.2 million in equity financing in a Series B common stock deal. He also oversaw the leveraged buyout of Instrumentation Laboratory from the Henley Group. Mr. Driscoll has also served in various senior financial capacities at Instrumentation laboratory from 1974 to 1996, including Vice President Finance-Americas for 22 years.
