PHILLIP RADLICK has been President and CEO of Cardima since November
1994. Prior to joining Cardima, he was President and CEO for two years
at Hepatix, Inc., in Houston, TX. Prior to this, Dr. Radlick was
President of Baxter Edward's Cardiovascular Supply Division. This
division was responsible for the manufacture and marketing of
implantable cardiovascular devices such as heart valves and vascular
prostheses. Dr. Radlick was co-founder and President of Xenomedica AG in
Switzerland for five years before its acquisition by American Hospital
Supply. Dr. Radlick was a tenured professor of chemistry at the
University of California, Riverside, for 12 years before entering his
business career. He holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the
