Norm Smith – Zamba Corporation (zmba)

NORM SMITH is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zamba Corporation. With over 24 years in the technology services and software industries, Mr. Smith is a veteran technology executive who brings vast business experience to ZAMBA. Mr. Smith most recently served as a Managing Director of CEO Partnerships, former corporate executives focused on helping emerging high-technology companies develop their businesses. He also founded ISANI.com, an Internet Services company; served as Interim President and CEO of Context Integration; and was an Executive Vice President at BSG Consulting. Mr. Smith is no stranger to ZAMBA thanks to his prior experience as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ZAMBA's predecessor company, Racotek, Inc. In that role, he successfully led the company's transition from a mobile technology product company to a Customer Relationship Management systems integrator. He helped position ZAMBA for seven straight quarters of revenue growth and EBITA profitability, reversing more than 10 consecutive quarters of poor performance. In addition, he was a partner with Andersen Consulting, where he worked for more than 16 years. Mr. Smith has a Master's of Business Administration from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Profile
