Jeff Dunn – Active Decisions Inc

JEFF DUNN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Active Decisions, Inc. He is a veteran CEO who has previously served as Chief Executive Officer for three other companies, one of which he founded and successfully brought through the initial public offering process. Prior to joining Active, he was CEO of Velogic, a performance management software startup he helped build and sell to Keynote Systems for 17 times the invested capital. He joined Velogic from Enterpriselink Technology Corporation, an enterprise application integration software company where he served as President and CEO. Under his guidance, Enterpriselink increased shareholder value by tens of millions of dollars in its last six months before being acquired by a large multinational public software company. Mr. Dunn was also CEO and Chairman of the Board of AccelGraphics, a company he founded and grew to become the eighth fastest growing public company in Silicon Valley in 1997. Within its first eight quarters the company grew revenues to $33.5 million and achieved profitability. After becoming a public company, Evans & Sutherland acquired AccelGraphics. Mr. Dunn also has extensive sales and marketing experience, having been a VP of Marketing at Kubota Graphics and VP of Sales at Cygnet Systems after having started his career at Xerox Corporation.
