Ed Lett – Tib Financial Corporation (tibb)

ED LETT, President and CEO of TIB Financial Corp. and TIB Bank of the Keys, has over 30 years' banking experience. Mr. Lett currently serves on the Board of the Florida Bankers Association. His banking career began with Marine Midland Bank where he completed the bank management training program. He was there for four years and was a management trainee, promoted to Commercial Loan Analyst, promoted to Commercial Loan Officer - asset based loans. He joined Maryland National Bank for 15 years. There, he was Vice President, Regional Commercial Loan Officer, promoted to Regional Vice President, promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Lett then moved on to join American National Bank of Florida where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for four years. He joined TIB Bank of the Keys in December 1991 as Executive Vice President. In January 1993 he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, in January 1996 he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. In 1996, TIB Financial Corp. was formed and Mr. Lett was elected President and CEO. Mr. Lett also serves on the Board of Directors of both the bank and the holding company. Mr. Lett works diligently with his management team and staff to achieve bank profitability, productivity, asset quality and shareholder value.
