RANDALL L. CHURCHEY (age 38) has served as Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer since October 1997. Churchey is a 15-year
veteran and partner with Coopers and Lybrand where he most recently
served as Chairman of the firm's hospitality and real estate practice
for the southwestern United States. In addition to acting as lead
partner on FelCor's IPO and subsequent preferred stock, debt and four
equity offerings, Churchey has assisted other top public and private
real estate hotel companies in completing at least 10 financial
transactions totaling more that $3.5 billion. Profile
